What you're buying

Our products are digital: 3D print files, guides and tools that you access through the PrintCraft 3D members area. Nothing is shipped to you. After payment, we email you a link to the members area. Sign in with the email you used at checkout, no password needed.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Every purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

License

What you can do with the models, including selling the physical prints, is set out in our License Center. Please read it. Breaking its terms ends your license and your access.

Refunds

Every product has a 7-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to ask.

Your account

• Your access is personal and tied to your email. Don't share your account or your sign-in links.
• Don't resell, share or upload the digital files, as described in the License Center.
• We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

No guarantee of print results

3D printing results depend on your printer, materials, slicer and settings. We choose and describe our files with care, but we can't guarantee that a model will print successfully on your setup or that your prints will sell.

Intellectual property

PrintCraft Original models, guides and site content belong to PrintCraft 3D. Models from other designers belong to their creators and follow their terms, as the License Center explains. To report a possible infringement, see Copyright & DMCA.

Availability

We work to keep the site and members area available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may add, update or remove content.

Limitation of liability

The products and the site are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, PrintCraft 3D isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the members area after that, you accept the update.
