PrintCraft 3D
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This page explains what personal information we collect when you buy from PrintCraft 3D or use the members area, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you buy
Payments are handled by Stripe. On our checkout page, the email, card and billing fields are Stripe's secure payment form, so your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive from Stripe the details of the order (what you bought, your email and name, and the order reference) so we can give you access.
In the members area
The members area is hosted on Supabase, in the United States. It stores the email address you sign in with and a record of which products that email has access to, along with the order reference from Stripe. We don't ask for a password: you sign in with a link we email you.
The numbers you enter in the Profit Calculator and the Christmas Planner stay on your device. The Planner saves your plan in your browser so you can pick up where you left off, and the Calculator doesn't save anything. Neither one sends your numbers to us.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can answer you and help with your order.
Technical data
Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To process your order and give you access to what you bought.
- To send your access email, your sign-in links and messages about your order or support requests.
- To process refunds under our refund policy.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, such as account sharing.
- To see how visitors use our pages so we can fix anything confusing.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed for checkout and to keep you signed in to the members area. We also use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that records how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and the pages they open) so we can fix confusing screens. Clarity hides what you type in form fields, and the card and email fields of the payment form belong to Stripe, so Clarity never sees them. Microsoft handles that data under its privacy statement. We don't install advertising cookies on our site today. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run PrintCraft 3D: Stripe (payments), Supabase (member accounts and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Backblaze (file storage and downloads), Zoho (email delivery and our support inbox) and Microsoft Clarity (site analytics). We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your access record for as long as you have access to what you bought. Order and payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@printcrafts3d.com from the address you used to buy. Deleting your information also removes your access to the members area. Stripe keeps its own records of your payment under its privacy policy.
Children
PrintCraft 3D is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@printcrafts3d.com and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
