What we do with a notice
When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the reported content promptly while we review it. We may share the notice with the person who provided the content.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, email support@printcrafts3d.com with a counter-notice that includes:
- Your name, mailing address, email address and phone number.
- A description of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address, and to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward a counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Content may be restored if that person does not tell us they have started a court action within the period the law allows.
Repeat infringers
We may end the access of members who repeatedly infringe the rights of others, as well as accounts that share or redistribute our files against our license.
Please note
Sending a false notice or counter-notice can have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something infringes your copyright, consider talking to a lawyer first. PrintCraft 3D has not registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, so please send notices to the email address above.
