Refund Policy

How it works

• Change your mind within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount you paid. You don't have to give a reason.
• The guarantee applies to every product we sell, including the Premium Plan.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@printcrafts3d.com from the address you used at checkout, or mention that address in your message so we can find your order. That's all we need.

What happens next

• Your refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe. It typically shows up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Once a product is refunded, access to it in the members area is removed. If you bought more than one product, only the refunded one is removed.
